Job Purpose:

The Plant Head will be responsible for the overall management and performance of the manufacturing facility. The role involves leading end-to-end plant operations, ensuring achievement of production targets, maintaining quality standards, optimizing costs, ensuring statutory compliance, and driving operational excellence while fostering a safe and productive work workplace.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Production, Chemical, Polymer, Plastics,



Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. MBA/PGDM in Operations Management will be an added advantage.

Experience (Essential)

1520 years of experience in manufacturing operations, including a minimum of 5 years in a Plant Head, Factory Head, or Operations Head role. Mandatory experience in flexible packaging, plastic processing, blow film extrusion, paper bag manufacturing, or related packaging industries. Experience in export-oriented manufacturing operations will be preferred.
