Job Description: Korean Interpreter & Operations Coordinator

Role Overview :

Hyvision India is seeking a highly skilled Korean Interpreter to join our Manufacturing Department. This role is critical in bridging the communication gap between our Korean management and the local Indian workforce. The ideal candidate will not only provide linguistic support but also assist in the daily operational management of the manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Interpretation: Provide real-time consecutive or simultaneous interpretation during meetings, floor briefings, and technical discussions between Korean expatriates and Indian staff.
- Translation: Translate technical manuals, SOPs, emails, messages and official documents from Korean to English (and vice versa).
- Manufacturing Team Management:



Assist the department head in supervising production schedules, monitoring team KPIs, and ensuring instructions are clearly understood by the shop floor.
- Administrative Support: Manage departmental documentation using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and assist in general office coordination.

Mandatory Requirements

- **Language Proficiency (Korean): Must hold a TOPIK Level 4 or higher. Exceptional speaking and listening skills are required.
- Language Proficiency (English): Must be fluent in English (written and spoken) for professional reporting.
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel for data reporting) and general computer troubleshooting.
- Soft Skills: Solid interpersonal and communication skills; ability to remain neutral and accurate while interpreting.
