Spice Nest is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Export Marketing Assistant to support the Export Marketing Manager in driving the company s international market activities. The ideal candidate will assist in managing customer relationships, preparing quotations,
and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams to support export operations and growth.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in managing and maintaining relationships with existing international
customers
Support in identifying and developing current export customers
Prepare and assist with providing quotations to clients under the guidance of the Export Marketing Manager
Follow up with potential and existing clients to ensure timely responses and
smooth communication
Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Document, Account)
Assist in preparing and organizing export documentation and shipping
requirements
Help manage reports and forecasts on export sales performance
Help to complete tasks of Exporter Marketing Manager
Provide general administrative support to the Export Marketing Manager
