11. Job Purpose:

- The HRBP - Plant HR will provide comprehensive support for HR functions at the plant level, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations. This includes recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and maintaining employee records. The HRBP will collaborate closely with the production team to achieve operational goals, foster a positive work environment, and ensure adherence to HR policies and legal requirements.

L. Principal Accountabilities:

1. HR Support for Plant Operations :

1. Support Production Goals : Collaborate with the production team to ensure HR activities align with plant objectives and contribute to achieving production targets.
2. Discipline Management : Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain discipline within the plant.

1. Recruitment Onboarding :

1. Employee Recruitment : Facilitate recruitment processes for plant employees, from job postings to candidate screening and interviews.
2. Onboarding Support : Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, documentation, and training.

1. Employee Records Perks :

1. Maintain Employee Records : Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information, including personal details, employment history, and benefits.
2. Benefits Administration : Administer employee benefits programs (health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off) and respond to employee inquiries.





1. Employee Relations Compliance :

1. Address Employee Inquiries : Act as the point of contact for employee concerns and questions related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
2. Statutory Compliance : Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations (Factory Act, PF, ESIC, Fire Safety, etc.) and manage liaison with statutory bodies.

1. Manpower Handling Administration :

1. Manpower Management : Oversee both company and contract manpower, ensuring alignment with plant staffing needs.
2. Administrative Support : Manage administrative functions, including security, transport, visitor management, and overall employee safety at the plant.

1. HR Analytics Reporting :

1. MIS HR Analytics : Compile and analyze HR metrics, such as employee turnover, absenteeism, and disciplinary actions, to support decision-making.
2. Audit Preparation : Assist with internal audits and ensure compliance with ISO, SEDEX, and other regulatory audits.

1. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

1. Recruitment Onboarding : Timely and effective recruitment and onboarding processes.
2. Employee Satisfaction : Positive employee feedback on HR support and prompt resolution of HR issues.
3. Compliance : 100% adherence to statutory regulations and internal HR policies.
4. Disciplinary Actions : Efficient management of employee discipline, with a focus on fairness and consistency.
5. HR Reporting : Accurate and timely HR metrics and reporting for plant management.

Essential Skills Knowledge :

1. Technical Skills :

1. Statutory Compliance : Strong knowledge of statutory requirements, including the Factory Act, PF, ESIC, Fire Safety, and pollution regulations.
2. HR Tools : Proficient in HRIS (e.g., HRMS) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel for HR analytics and reporting.
3. Payroll Benefits : Familiarity with payroll systems and benefits administration.

1. Interpersonal Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with employees and management.
2. Problem-Solving : Strong ability to resolve employee issues and conflicts in a timely, fair, and effective manner.

- Educational Qualifications Experience :

1. Qualification : MBA in HR or a relevant field.
2. Experience : 5-10 years of HR experience, with a focus on plant-level HR, employee relations, statutory compliance, and benefits administration.

- This role is based at the Surat plant and requires active interaction with production, administrative, and HR teams to ensure smooth operations. The HRBP will need to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, handling both strategic HR activities and day-to-day HR operations.
