Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries and manage orders from development through shipment.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely execution and delivery.
- Monitor order status, production schedules, and shipment timelines.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding order progress, approvals, and dispatch schedules.
- Resolve production, sourcing, and supply chain issues proactively.
- Ensure accurate order documentation and timely updates in internal systems.
- Track delivery commitments and ensure customer satisfaction.
