Position Summary

The Retail Sales Executive will manage the VISSCO Experience Counter and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and walk-in customers seeking footcare and orthopedic support solutions.

The role combines customer service, consultative selling, product demonstration and foot assessment assistance to deliver an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

- Welcome every customer visiting the Footsol Counter.
- Understand customer needs through effective questioning.




- Explain Vissco products and their advantages in simple language.
- Provide personalized product recommendations.
- Deliver a premium customer experience.
- Build trust and long-term customer relationships.

Sales

- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Promote the complete Footsol product portfolio.
- Cross-sell Vissco orthopedic and wellness products whenever appropriate.
- Convert enquiries into sales.
- Encourage repeat purchases.
- Generate referrals from satisfied customers.

Store Operations

- Maintain attractive product displays.
- Ensure proper merchandising.
- Monitor inventory levels.
- Raise stock replenishment requests.
- Ensure price tags and promotional material are correctly displayed.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma or certification in Retail, Healthcare or Physiotherapy will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 25 years of experience in retail sales, healthcare retail, pharmacy retail, footwear retail, orthopedic products, wellness products or hospital retail.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a passion for healthcare may also be considered.
