Position : AC Technician

Location : Cochin

Job Profile:-

Store Support





- Provide technical support to retail pharmacy stores, warehouses, and offices.
- Ensure proper temperature control for medicine storage areas wherever applicable.
- Monitor cooling performance and recommend corrective actions.

Vendor Management

- Coordinate with AMC vendors for preventive maintenance and repairs.
- Verify service quality and completion of work.
- Monitor vendor performance and service SLAs.

Compliance & Safety

- Follow safety standards while carrying out electrical and HVAC maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory safety guidelines.
- Maintain proper documentation of service reports and maintenance logs.

Inventory Management

- Maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and consumables.
- Raise indent for required spare parts.
- Ensure optimal utilization of maintenance materials.

Reporting

- Prepare daily and monthly maintenance reports.
- Update maintenance status in the facility management system.
- Report recurring issues and recommend preventive measures.
