Position: Manager Electrical Engineering
Location: Khopoli
Experience: 5-10 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems across the facility.
- Manage and maintain PLC-based control systems and automation equipment.
- Interpret and work with electrical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and automation-related issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure smooth functioning of motors, drives, control panels, switchgear, and associated equipment.
- Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for maintenance, repairs, and project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements,



and company policies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation enhancements.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- 710 years of experience in electrical maintenance and automation.
- Strong knowledge of PLC systems, electrical drawings, troubleshooting, and industrial automation.
- Experience in handling maintenance teams and contractors.
- Positive analytical, problem-solving, and communication skill
