Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Wintel Administrator with 8-10 years of experience to join our energetic team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in Wintel Administration, demonstrating a strong ability to manage and support Windows-based systems and applications. This role requires a proactive individual who can ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability of our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

- Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Implement and manage Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS services.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support application deployments and upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
- Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong expertise in Wintel Administration, including Windows Server 2012/2016/2019.
- Proficient in Active Directory,



Group Policy, and DNS management.
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell or similar languages.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure).
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Nagios, SolarWinds).
- Certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, or equivalent.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in Wintel Administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
