We are looking for a skilled Senior Dialysis Technician with 2 to 5 years of experience in Nephrology to join our team at Aster MIMS Kannur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dialysis technology and excellent patient care skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Operate and maintain dialysis machines for proper functioning.

- Monitor patients during dialysis procedures and respond to emergencies.

- Administer local anesthesia, anticoagulants, and other medications as prescribed.

- Monitor blood pressure, blood gases, and other vital signs.

- Maintain accurate records of patient treatment and progress.

- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.

Job Requirements

- Diploma or degree in Dialysis Technology or related field.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in dialysis technology, preferably in Nephrology.





- Possess strong knowledge of dialysis procedures, equipment, and patient care.

- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment is essential.

- Robust attention to detail and organizational skills are required.
