We are hiring Technical Support Associates for an international voice process. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot customer issues while delivering exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with US/UK customers
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot customer concerns
- Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues effectively
- Deliver professional and customer-focused support
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions




- Coordinate with internal teams for quick issue resolution

Requirements:

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Experience in Technical Support / International Voice Process is preferred
- Graduates and Undergraduates are eligible
- Excellent spoken English communication skills are mandatory
- Comfortable working in night shifts
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer and technical knowledge required
- Flexible with rotational week offs
