We are looking for dynamic, motivated, and result-driven recruiters to join our team and help drive talent acquisition and consulting operations in the US IT staffing market.

Bench Sales Recruiter
OPT Recruiter Responsibilities:
Source and recruit OPT/CPT candidates from universities and job portals.
Build and maintain a pipeline of entry-level IT candidates.
Guide candidates through marketing, onboarding, and placement processes.
Maintain strong relationships with consultants and ensure regular follow-ups.
Work closely with sales and account managers for client requirements.

Bench Sales Recruiter Responsibilities:
Market bench consultants (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, EAD) to vendors and direct clients.
Submit consultants to open requirements and negotiate rates.
Build strong relationships with implementation partners and vendors.




Track consultant submissions, interviews, and placements.
Maintain database and ensure consistent consultant marketing.

Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in US IT Staffing / Recruitment preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of job portals like Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, etc.
Understanding of US visa types (OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, USC, EAD).
Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
