We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to join Clear. The Technical Program Manager will be responsible for managing projects and programs, from conception to delivery. This role requires a technical background, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a SAAS environment, and a robust track record of managing complex technical projects. They will be able to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities (What you'll be expected to do)
Work with cross-functional teams to plan and execute complex technical projects.
Develop and maintain project plans and documentation.
Identify and manage project risks and issues; and suggest feasible solutions.
Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Work with product and engineering teams to prioritize feature development or resolve any product bugs.
Manage communication with external vendors and partners in case any.
Hands-on with data analysis; tracking usage metrics etc.
Closely work with Account Managers and Customer Success manager for project deliverables
Develop the integrated solution with ERP and demonstrate it to customers
Handling multi-vendor projects, budgeting, and global teams, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Enable seamless and secure data exchange and interoperability across diverse platforms and applications.

Preferred Qualifications And Skills
2-8 years of technical project management experience
Experience in functional or technical roles in implementation of large ERP systems is a plus
Experience working with clients in the technology or SaaS industry is preferred
Experience working with international(GCC or Europe or NA) clients is preferred
Independent thinking with keen problem solving skills
High organization and prioritization skills
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Willingness to take hands-on approach in managing client needs wherever required
