Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of production machines.
- Troubleshoot mechanical failures and restore equipment to operation.
- Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Repair gearboxes, conveyors, bearings, pumps, compressors, and other mechanical equipment.
- Carry out machine alignment, leveling, and precision maintenance.
- Prepare and update maintenance records and reports.
- Support machine installation and commissioning.
- Prepare and modify machine drawings using AutoCAD.
- Coordinate with vendors for spare parts and maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, TPM, and 5S standards.

Required Skills

- Breakdown maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
- AutoCAD knowledge (2D/3D preferred).
- Hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting.
- Welding and fabrication knowledge.
- Preventive Maintenance (PM) planning.
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose electrical and control system failures.
- Read and modify PLC programs for fault rectification.
- Maintain electrical panels, VFDs, HMIs, sensors, relays, and servo systems.
- Attend machine breakdowns and minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with production for machine availability.
- Prepare maintenance reports and maintain equipment history records.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and 5S practices.
- Support installation, commissioning, and improvement projects.

Required Skills

- Solid PLC programming and troubleshooting.
- Electrical maintenance of industrial machinery.
- Knowledge of VFDs, HMIs, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- TPM and Preventive Maintenance.
- MS Office and maintenance documentation.
