Job Summary

We are hiring experienced professionals for the US International Voice Process. This role is ideal for candidates with excellent communication skills, a neutral accent, and a customer-centric approach. The selected candidates will provide high-quality support to US customers while ensuring a superior customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria

Undergraduate or Graduate

Minimum 1 year of BPO experience in Domestic or International Voice Process

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Required Skills

Excellent spoken English with a clear and neutral accent

Strong verbal communication, grammar, and pronunciation

Ability to communicate confidently with international customers

Strong listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Customer-focused approach

Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge

Willingness to work in US rotational night shifts

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls from US customers professionally





Resolve customer queries related to Adobe products and services

Deliver accurate and timely resolutions while ensuring customer satisfaction

Build positive customer relationships through effective communication

Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required

Important Notes

This role requires excellent English communication skills suitable for interacting with US customers. Candidates should be able to communicate fluently throughout the interview process and while handling customer calls.

Only face-to-face interviews will be conducted. Virtual interviews are not available.
