Job Description Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM)

The Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM) supports the Restaurant Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and ensures smooth shift execution while maintaining company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations and lead assigned shifts.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving P&L; (Profit & Loss) targets by controlling food cost, labour cost, and other controllable expenses.
- Supervise, coach, and support Shift Managers and team members.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
- Monitor product quality, inventory, and shift performance.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, the Code of Conduct, and the reporting hierarchy.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in maintaining a safe, clean, and productive work setting.
