Job Summary:

We are hiring a Team Manager Business Development with 4 to 7 years of B2B sales experience, including team handling experience, to lead and manage a team of Business Development Executives selling Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (PPC), SEO, and Digital Marketing Services to real estate builders, developers, and property brokers. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in lead generation, client acquisition, sales strategy, negotiation, and closing, along with the ability to mentor, motivate, monitor team performance, and consistently achieve individual and team sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop sales strategies and monitor daily team performance, productivity, and conversion metrics.
- Generate new business opportunities from builders, developers, and real estate brokers while supporting the team in closing high-value deals.
- Drive sales of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (PPC), SEO, and Digital Marketing solutions.
- Guide the team in lead generation through cold calling, LinkedIn, referrals, email marketing, WhatsApp, networking, and other outbound channels.
- Conduct joint client meetings, sales presentations, negotiations, and assist in closing strategic accounts.
- Review and approve proposals, pricing, and commercial negotiations to maximize revenue.
- Monitor sales pipeline, CRM updates, lead allocation, follow-ups, and ensure timely client engagement.
- Coach team members through regular training, performance reviews, and sales mentoring to improve conversion rates.
- Analyze sales reports, KPIs,



and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize team performance.
- Coordinate with Digital Marketing, Operations, and Client Success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new Business Development Executives while fostering a high-performance sales culture.
- Ensure achievement of individual as well as team revenue targets, customer satisfaction, and business growth objectives.

Eligibility:

- Experience: 4 to 7 years in Business Development, B2B Sales, Advertising Sales, or Digital Marketing Sales, with at least 2 years of experience leading or managing a sales/business development team.
- Proven experience in achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Experience selling digital marketing services is highly preferred.
- Experience working with real estate builders, developers, and property brokers will be an added advantage.
- Strong experience in team hiring, training, coaching, performance monitoring, and sales reporting.
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing or Business Management preferred).
