- Role Purpose: Represent SSISPLownership interest in the JV-executed Owner's PMO for this premium Grade A commercial development at GIFT City.
- Provide strategic direction, investor and stakeholder governance, and final sign-off authority on scope, cost and schedule decisions.
- Strategic Responsibilities:
- Chair Monthly Project Steering Committee meetings with JV partners, lenders and key stakeholders.
- Approve project budgets, phase-gate releases and material change orders above delegated authority limits.
- Own the relationship with GIFT SEZ / IFSCA authorities, institutional investors and anchor tenants at leadership level.
- Provide the final escalation point for disputes between the owner's team and contractors/consultants.
- Safeguard SSISPLcommercial and reputational interests across design, construction and handover.
- Approve the phased manpower and outsourced-services plan and any material revisions to it.
