INuSummit is looking for an experienced ISIM (IBM Security Identity Manager) Developer to join our growing Cybersecurity team!

Location: Gurgaon (Work From Office)

Position Specific Requirements

- Develop, configure, and maintain IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM) solutions.
- Design and implement Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) workflows and provisioning processes.
- Develop and customize provisioning policies, workflows, lifecycle rules, and approval processes.
- Integrate ISIM with Active Directory, LDAP, databases, HRMS systems, and enterprise applications.
- Configure and troubleshoot adapters/connectors for application onboarding.
- Develop custom workflows, Java extensions, and provisioning logic.
- Perform reconciliation, account aggregation, and identity synchronization activities.
- Support role management, access governance, and compliance requirements.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide L2/L3 support.
- Participate in ISIM upgrades, patching, migrations, and performance tuning.
- Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and operational runbooks.




- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and security teams during implementation and support activities.

Position Specific Skills

- 3+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Hands-on experience with IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM/IISM).
- Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management and provisioning concepts.
- Experience developing and customizing ISIM workflows and provisioning policies.
- Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, DB2, SQL, and reconciliation processes.
- Knowledge of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and access governance concepts.
- Experience with Java, JavaScript, or workflow customization.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix and Windows environments.
- Robust troubleshooting and debugging skills.
