To coordinate, implement, and monitor CSR initiatives of the company in alignment with statutory requirements and organizational CSR policy, ensuring positive social impact in communities around project locations.

Key Responsibilities

1. CSR Program Implementation

- Assist in planning and executing CSR initiatives in accordance with the companys CSR policy and annual CSR plan.
- Coordinate with NGOs, local authorities, and community stakeholders for implementation of CSR projects.
- Support CSR programs in areas such as education, healthcare, skill development, environmental sustainability, and community welfare.

2. Community Engagement

- Build strong relationships with local communities around project sites.
- Conduct community needs assessments and baseline surveys.
- Address community concerns and identify opportunities for CSR interventions.

3. Project Monitoring & Reporting

- Monitor CSR project progress and ensure activities are implemented as planned.
- Collect data and maintain records related to CSR activities.
- Prepare periodic reports, impact assessments, and documentation for internal review and statutory compliance.

4. Compliance & Documentation

- Ensure CSR activities comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements under the Companies Act CSR provisions.
- Maintain proper documentation of CSR projects, agreements,



MoUs with NGOs, and financial utilization records.
- Support preparation of CSR disclosures for annual reports and board reports.

5. Coordination with Internal Teams

- Work closely with project teams, HR, EHS, and administration teams for smooth execution of CSR initiatives at sites.
- Coordinate employee volunteering programs and CSR awareness activities.

6. Budget Tracking

- Assist in tracking CSR budgets and expenditure.
- Ensure proper utilization of allocated CSR funds and maintain financial records.

Preferred candidate profile :-

- 4-6 years of experience in CSR, NGO sector, or community development.
- Experience working with construction / infrastructure / manufacturing companies preferred.
- Experience working with communities near construction or infrastructure projects
- Ability to travel frequently to project locations
- Understanding of sustainability and social impact programs.
