The Lalit Chandigarh is looking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to lead our F&B; operations.

Eligibility: Candidates with 10+ years of experience in a five-star hotel chain are encouraged to apply.

Role & responsibilities

- Operations Management: Oversee daily operations of restaurants, bars, banquets, and in-room dining.
- Service Standards: Ensure high standards of service, hygiene, and cleanliness (HACCP) are maintained.
- Staff Supervision & Training: Supervise, schedule, and train F&B; staff, providing ongoing coaching and performance management.
- Guest Experience: Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Financial Performance: Assist in budget preparation, monitor expenses, control food and beverage costs, and maximize revenue.
- Inventory & Logistics: Manage inventory levels, perform stock takes, and coordinate with vendors.
- Coordination:



Act as a liaison between the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless service.

Preferred candidate profile :

- Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or hospitality-related field.
- Experience: 6 to 8 years of experience in F&B; operations, with 5 to 6 years in a supervisory role.
- Skills: Robust leadership, communication, team management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Technical: Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
