About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Non-Tech Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for mid-management to leadership positions across multiple industries. The role requires partnering closely with clients and stakeholders to identify, assess, and hire high-quality talent while ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
- Partner with client stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and provide market insights.
- Source, screen, assess, and engage candidates through various sourcing channels.
- Manage hiring for mid-management and leadership roles across non-IT functions.
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, negotiate offers, and ensure successful candidate joining.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for niche and leadership mandates.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).




- Meet hiring timelines and recruitment metrics while maintaining quality of hire.

Preferred Hiring Background

- Experience hiring for non-IT roles across functions such as Strategy, Consulting, Finance, Sales, Marketing, HR, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Retail, FMCG, Healthcare, Automotive, or Industrial sectors.
- Prior experience hiring for management consulting firms is highly preferred.
- Experience handling mid-management to leadership hiring.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-8 years of recruitment experience in executive search, consulting or recruitment firms.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing through candidate joining.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent client and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment capabilities.
- Good understanding of recruitment metrics, market mapping, and talent intelligence.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring mandates simultaneously in a quick-paced environment.
