Aivar's Forward Deployed Engineers sit at the intersection of engineering and customer success. You will work directly with enterprise clients to deploy, customize, and scale AI/ML solutions in their environments.
What You'll Do
- Deploy and integrate LLM / Agentic AI solutions directly within enterprise client environments
- Build customer-facing voice AI features and AI-powered workflows on AWS
- Own technical onboarding, integration, and configuration for recent enterprise accounts
- Work closely with clients to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Act as a technical bridge between Aivar's product team and customer engineering teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in customer-facing AI deployments
Must Have
- LLM / Agentic AI production deployment and integration experience
- Voice AI building and deploying customer-facing voice solutions
- AWS Solution Engineering — running client-facing technical engagements
- Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with enterprise stakeholders
