Position: Team Leader

Job Description:

- Must have experience in client handling as well as should have handled a Team prior
- Should be able to understand the demands shared by Financial as well as Investment Banking clients
- Someone who has previously worked on Requirements like Banking ,NBFC.
- Should be from a Commerce Background and should be aware of Terms such as Capital Markets & Derivatives
- Prior Experience in Handling Investment Banking clients or any Financial Big Ticket Accounts will be an added advantage
- Should be able to mentor a Team of 8 - 10 Recruiters and should be able to take end to end responsibility
- Should be able to maintain daily Tracker and coordinate with the clients on a daily basis

Candidates Should Have Experience Min 2Years Team Leader Post In Recurement Experience Banking and finance sector More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. Must have handled team size of 5 to 10 or less can be

5. Good Oral and Written Communication Skills

6. Solid people skills, assertive and ability to lead a team of external stakeholders Dream solution will provide a salary in the range of 20000 INR to 25000 INR. The exact salary will be decided based on your skills, experience and interview performance.
