Qualification: Engineering Degree in
Mechanical / Metallurgy Engineering from reputed institute from Reputed Institute.

Desirable: Degree/ Diploma in Operation / General
Management.

Experience: 12+ years of experience in Quality
Function

Desirable:

Experience of establishing and directing quality systems
and management guidelines for the organisation and ensure compliance of SOPs
and protocols for all processes.

Experience in similar industry would be preferable.

Job Profile

Lead the formulation & implementation of




quality strategy & policy of the organization depending on business needs,
market norms, customer requirements, and statutory guidelines.

Review and validate the Standard Operating
Procedures (SOPs) and protocols for business processes / departments.

Ensure implementation of quality processes
across the organization, review the deviation, if any and recommend corrective
actions.

Ensure timely resolution of customer and audit
queries.

Ensure appropriate raw material, in process and
finished goods testing are done as per the applicable protocols.

Review the corrective and preventive actions
(CAPA) for any issues related to the operations and quality systems; ensure
implementation of the same.

Ensure all in-process checks and quality control
activities are adhered to during production stages.

Study the consolidated analysis/ MIS reports by
Quality Control & analyse any trends in data and devise control mechanisms
to address the same.
