- Role Purpose: Own the commercial administration of contractor and consultant agreements, billing certification and SEZ bonded-material reconciliation, safeguarding the owner's commercial position.
- Strategic Responsibilities:
- Structure and negotiate key contractor/consultant commercial terms, including price-variation and claims provisions.
- Own commercial risk assessment for change orders and contractual claims.
- Establish the bonded-warehouse material reconciliation framework in line with SEZ/customs requirements.
- Operational Responsibilities:
- Certify contractor running-account bills and reconcile against measured work/BOQ.
- Track and settle contractor claims, retention and variation orders.
- Maintain bonded material inward-outward reconciliation registers for customs/SEZ audit readiness, working with the Store In-Charge.
