- 3 to 6 years of UX or related experience is preferred.
- A certificate or degree in a related field such as Interactive Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or Human Factors is preferred.
- Experience working on Agile teams delivering value through digital products is preferred.
- A digital portfolio available for online review is required.
Skills
- Experience with design skills, which includes visual design, conversational design, information architecture, prototyping, strategic design methods (such as Design Thinking), user research, or UX writing.
- Strong communication skills as a writer, presenter, and facilitator.
- Familiarity with the value and application of design systems.
- Ability to distill qualitative and quantitative feedback to identify recurring themes and drive data-informed design decisions.
- An unwavering curiosity to ask "why."
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the definition of design work and deliver business outcomes across multiple product teams, with appropriate guidance and coaching.
- Have the chance to work with accomplished and experienced designers while continuously building your skill set.
- Partner with User Research to understand the customer problems to solve.
- Partner with the Product Owner to help inform product strategy.
- Collaborate across the organization to drive consistent customer experiences.
- Contribute to the culture of the Digital Workplace Experience Chapter Area (User Research & UX Design).
