- Appoint agents and institutions capable of selling insurance, build retail business, and train acquired agents on products and processes.
- Drive business growth through agency channel partners and ensure completion of VSO targets.
- Develop and nurture relationships with agency channel partners to yield productive relationships.
- Provide end-to-end solutions to agents, ensuring service level commitments are met.
- Initiate cross-selling and rollover business to provide value addition to channel partners.
- Manage productivity mix to ensure cost of acquisition is within budgeted levels.
- Ensure continuous updating of agent knowledge on technology, products, and underwriting policies.
- Own operations processes at VSO, including issuance and receipting.

Job Requirements

- Must be a Graduate or Postgraduate.




- Preference will be given to candidates with an insurance background and 3-6 years of experience in agency development within the insurance industry.
- Solid skills in sales, relationship management, and business development are essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- CTC: Up to 6.7 Lakh/Annum + Incentives.
