Job Requirements
- GNM B.sc degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience, with a maximum of 12 years.
- Possess strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices, including patient assessment and care planning.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
enabling effective collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a rapid-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills are needed to analyze problems and develop creative solutions.
- Familiarity with healthcare software and technology is required.
