Job Summary:

This is a work-from-home, in-house position, reporting directly to the Co-Founder.

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Professional at PRIME BPM, you will be solely responsible and accountable for undertaking the end-to-end recruitment process, in aid of hiring exceptional talent, for highly specialized roles.

You will do this by clearly understanding the business, and our hiring manager's needs. You will recruit from South Africa, India and Australia for vacancies in Enterprise SaaS Sales, Business Process Management, Technology, and Digital Marketing.

Key responsibilities include:

- Undertaking and executing the full recruitment lifecycle independently, including:
- Obtaining an in-depth role understanding from department managers
- Create an efficient and effective role recruitment strategy
- Write attractive job descriptions and recruit according to the description
- Use tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Hiring Assistant, Naukri etc
- According to the job description:
- Shortlist resumes
- Qualify and manage candidates throughout the interview process
- Undertake reliable reference checks to protect company interests
- Undertake offer negotiations
- On occasion, work with in country recruitment companies

What We're Looking For:

- A recruiter that focuses on quality not quantity




- Minimum of 20+ years overall Talent Acquisition experience
- Minimum of 10+ years in-house (non-agency) Talent Acquisition experience.
- Solid experience recruiting B2B Enterprise SaaS Sales, Technology, Business Transformation, Process Improvement, and Digital Marketing professionals.
- Experience hiring multicultural talent from the East and West (India, South Africa).
- Proven ability to develop creative and effective recruitment strategies for niche and hard-to-fill positions.
- Excellent job description writing, candidate engagement, and talent attraction skills.
- Commercially savvy, with strong salary/offer negotiation skills
- Professional, methodical, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Extensive expertise in Boolean search, recruitment automation, and AI sourcing tools.

Hours & Location:

- Remote role (work from home)
- Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday
