Roles and Responsibilities

- Lead complete civil construction activities at Thermal Power Plant projects.
- Execute RCC, PCC, excavation, foundations, structural concrete, masonry and finishing works.
- Supervise construction of Boiler Foundation, Turbine Foundation, CHP, AHP, Cooling Tower, Switchyard, Pipe Rack, Pump House, ESP Foundation and other industrial structures.
- Manage site engineers, supervisors, foremen, subcontractors and labour.
- Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedule.
- Coordinate with Client, Consultant, QA/QC, Planning, Billing, Stores and Procurement teams.
- Monitor daily progress and submit DPR/WPR reports.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery and materials.
- Maintain quality standards as per approved ITP and inspection procedures.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards, PTW system and PPE requirements.
- Coordinate measurement, billing and quantity verification.
- Resolve technical and execution issues at site.
- Monitor project progress and achieve project milestones.
