We are looking for an experienced Property/Facility Manager to manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of a 100-acre premium residential township comprising approximately 460 villas in Bengaluru.

Role & responsibilities

- Oversee overall property and facility management.
- Manage housekeeping, security, landscaping, and maintenance teams.
- Ensure smooth operation of electrical, plumbing, civil, STP, WTP, DG sets, fire safety systems, and other utilities.
- Coordinate with vendors and AMC service providers.
- Prepare maintenance schedules and monitor preventive maintenance activities.
- Handle resident queries and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor operational budgets and maintenance expenses.
- Ensure statutory, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain common areas and amenities in excellent condition.
- Manintain and Submit periodic operational and maintenance reports to management.

Preferred Background

- Experience in residential townships, luxury villa communities, hospitality, or integrated facility management.
- Preference will be given to Ex-Servicemen with relevant experience in estate, facility, security, or administrative management.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
