Full Stack Developer (React.js + Node.js + AWS)

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer (React.js + Node.js + AWS) to build and maintain scalable web applications. The role involves using modern development tools, including AI-assisted coding tools, to improve productivity, debugging, and code quality. This is a hands-on application development role, not an AI research or AI engineering position. AWS experience and AI development knowledge are required for this role.

AI Tools & AI Development Usage (Mandatory Productivity + Development Focus)

Candidates should have used AI tools as a developer productivity aid, such as:

- Code generation and refactoring
- Debugging assistance
- Writing unit tests
- Documentation support
- Query / API optimization
- AI-assisted feature development and implementation

Note: This role expects AI usage as a development helper and includes practical AI development awareness (not model training or research).

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications
- Build frontend using React.js




- Develop backend REST APIs using Node.js (Express.js or similar frameworks)
- Work with relational databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL / SQL Server)
- Integrate frontend and backend components
- Follow Agile/Scrum development process
- Write clean, maintainable, production-ready code
- Use AI tools to assist in coding, debugging, testing, and documentation
- Work with AWS cloud services for deployment, hosting, and application support
- Develop mobile applications using React Native where required.

Required Skills:

- 3 to 5 years experience in Full Stack development
- Strong experience in React.js
- Strong backend development in Node.js
- REST API development experience
- SQL database experience
- Git and Agile workflow
- Experience using AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot / ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc. preferred)

Good to Have:

- Basic exposure to LLMs / RAG / LangChain / LangGraph
- Docker
- CI/CD pipelines
- Micro services
- React Native (mobile application development exposure)

Preferred Qualifications:

- Computer Science or related degree
- Solid problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork
- Interest in learning new technologies, especially AI-driven development tools and workflows
