Max Estates is looking for passionate and customer-centric Sales professionals with experience in luxury residential real estate. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of driving sales, managing HNI/UHNI customers, and delivering exceptional customer experiences throughout the sales lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of premium and luxury residential projects.
- Manage the complete customer journeyfrom lead generation to booking closure.
- Build and nurture relationships with HNI/UHNI clients and channel partners.
- Conduct project presentations, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with CRM, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and accurate MIS reports.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience: 5-10 years in Sales.
- Mandatory experience in high-rise luxury residential real estate.
Candidates from premium hospitality sales with solid client-facing experience may also be considered.
- Must have successfully handled projects with a minimum sales value of 10 Crore.
- Demonstrated experience in managing external clients, including HNI/UHNI customers.
- Strong understanding of the luxury residential sales cycle and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

- Real Estate (Luxury Residential) Preferred
- Hospitality (Luxury Hotels/Branded Residences/Luxury Sales) Relevant experience will be considered
