Level 2, Level 3 and Level 4 Bank Assurance: Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 and Level 4 Broking: Level 2 and Level 3 • Manage the local training resources and training schedule • Manage & Develop assigned Trainers and TOs on a day-to-day basis Primary Responsibilities • IRDA passing percentage of advisors should be minimum 80% • To announce monthly training schedules by the 5th of every month • Submit weekly / monthly reports to Head of Distribution Training • Ensure all IRDA rules and regulations are followed as far as training is concerned (Defect free adherence to IRDA rules and regulations)
• To ensure training records are maintained and updated constantly Risk • Participate in risk mitigation plans, contingency planning, business continuity programs by executing and reporting within defined timelines.
