Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality patient care to patients admitted in ICU, including assessing their condition, developing treatment plans, and monitoring progress.

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.

- Conduct routine rounds, take vital signs, and perform various medical procedures as needed.

- Maintain accurate records of patient data, medications administered, and test results.

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and hospital processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-7 years of experience as a BAMS/BHMS doctor in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU).

- Robust knowledge of ICU protocols, policies, and procedures.

- Excellent clinical skills with ability to work independently or as part of a team.

- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and situations.

- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients' families.
