- Prepare plumbing shop drawings, coordinated drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Develop water supply, drainage, rainwater, and sanitary layouts as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, architects, and MEP teams.
- Prepare sleeve, shaft, and service coordination drawings.
- Modify drawings based on site conditions and consultant comments.
- Maintain drawing revisions and document control.
- Support quantity take-off and BOQ preparation when required.
Preferred candidate profile
- Diploma or Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or Draftsmanship.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in plumbing or MEP drafting.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and MEP coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
