Job Description:

- Minimum 1 Years in International B2B/B2C Collections or Accounts Receivable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.




- Good understanding of Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- Manage end-to-end B2B collections for assigned customer accounts.
- Follow up with customers on overdue invoices through calls and emails.
- Handle payment-related queries and resolve collection issues efficiently.
- Perform account maintenance and ensure customer account accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Billing, Accounts Payable, and other stakeholders for issue resolution.
- Process payment applications and update customer accounts.
- Investigate and resolve disputes related to invoices and payments.
- Perform invoice reconciliation, including credit rebills, invoice splitting, PO changes, and adjustments.
- Prepare basic Excel reports and analyze collection performance.
- Ensure timely follow-ups while meeting collection targets and service levels.
