Looking to kick-start your career in training operations, coordination, and administration? Join our team as an Associate Training Coordinator and gain valuable experience in a dynamic corporate environment.

Location: Gurgaon
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO) / Hybrid
Shift: Rotational Shifts (Night Shift Allowance Applicable)
Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule training programs and sessions
Maintain training records, reports, and documentation
Communicate with learners, trainers, and internal stakeholders
Track attendance and support training reporting activities
Assist with training logistics and day-to-day operational tasks
Provide administrative and back-office support to ensure smooth training delivery

Eligibility Criteria
Graduates from B.A., B.Com, BBA, BHM, B.Sc., BCA, and B.Tech (Mechanical/Biotechnology) streams can apply
Candidates with Distance PG and PGDM qualifications are eligible
BE and MCA graduates are not eligible for this role

Skills Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel,



MS Word, and Outlook
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Comfortable working in a professional office environment
