Role Responsibilities
- Assist in building, validating, and deploying supervised ML models for clinical risk prediction, patient triaging, and diagnostic support under senior AI leads.
- Preprocess and clean structured/unstructured healthcare datasets (EHRs, lab reports, radiology annotations) using Python and SQL for model training pipelines.
- Support A/B testing of AI interventions in live clinical workflows and document performance metrics (accuracy, recall, F1-score, AUC).
- Collaborate with clinicians to translate medical hypotheses into machine learning features and interpret model outputs for non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to documentation of model lineage, data provenance,
and compliance with healthcare AI governance frameworks (DigiHealth, NHA).
- Monitor model drift in production environments and assist in retraining cycles using feedback loops from frontline healthcare staff.
- Experience with DICOM or medical imaging data
- Familiarity with HIPAA / India s Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) principles
- Basic understanding of clinical terminology (ICD-10, SNOMED CT)
