Position: Recruitment Delivery Lead / RPO Lead

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced RPO Recruitment Delivery Lead to manage end-to-end recruitment operations, lead recruitment teams, and ensure successful talent acquisition delivery across multiple geographies. The ideal candidate should have solid US recruitment experience, expertise in RPO operations, ATS platforms, SLA/KPI management, stakeholder engagement, and recruitment process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Delivery & Operations

- Lead and manage a team of recruiters to ensure seamless end-to-end recruitment delivery.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including:
- Requirement intake calls
- Sourcing and candidate identification
- Resume screening
- Interview coordination
- Offer management
- Pre-onboarding and onboarding support

- Ensure recruitment processes are aligned with client expectations and business requirements.
- Maintain high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

RPO Operations & Governance

- Strong understanding of RPO business models, recruitment workflows, SLAs, KPIs, compliance, and operational controls.
- Ensure achievement of recruitment delivery targets and maintain green SLA/KPI performance.
- Drive process improvements through root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.




- Identify recruitment trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, compliance standards, and data governance practices.

ATS & Recruitment Technology

- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of candidate records and recruitment workflows.
- Experience with platforms such as Avature or similar ATS solutions is preferred.
- Maintain candidate repositories and build sustainable talent pipelines.

Stakeholder Management

- Partner effectively with hiring managers, business stakeholders, and clients.
- Provide recruitment insights, reports, and recommendations to support data-driven decisions.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure positive hiring manager and candidate experience.

Reporting & Analytics

- Develop and maintain recruitment dashboards and reporting mechanisms.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, including:
- Time to Fill
- Time to Hire
- Pipeline Conversion
- SLA Achievement
- Recruiter Productivity
- Offer Acceptance Rates

- Analyze recruitment data and recommend improvements.

Team Leadership & Development

- Manage, coach, and mentor recruitment teams across multiple locations.
- Drive recruiter productivity, quality, and continuous learning.
- Promote knowledge sharing and best practices within the team.
