Role & responsibilities

- Lead overall plant operations to achieve production targets and efficiency goals
- Drive OEE, capacity utilization, and throughput optimization
- Ensure adherence to production plans aligned with business demand
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and continuous improvement initiatives. Always keep an eye to increase efficiency & effectiveness of plant processes and system.
- Ensure seamless coordination between procurement, planning, and production
- Drive lead time reduction across the value chain - Eliminate operational bottlenecks from inbound to outbound flow
- Oversee inbound and outbound logistics operations
- Optimize freight, warehousing, and distribution network efficiency in close co-ordination with T&D; team




- Manage 3PL and logistics partners for performance and cost
- Ensure high OTIF (On-Time In-Full) / OTD (On-Time Delivery)

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate should have a major exposure of SCM (logistics), with exposure to production, engineering, quality & continuous improvement.

Perks and advantages

- 15-20 years of experience in similar industry.
- Minimum 5 years experience in similar position.
- Qualification of B.E. Chemical Engineering
- Knowledge of SAP
- Knowledge of Food Safety,
