Role & responsibilities We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back End Executive to support the daily operations of our automobile dealership. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining documentation, coordinating with internal departments, processing customer and vehicle-related records, updating reports, and ensuring smooth administrative support for sales and service operations.

- Prepare and maintain vehicle sales and delivery documentation.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Service, Insurance, and RTO departments.
- Process invoices, quotations, and customer documentation accurately.
- Maintain records of vehicle stock, deliveries, and registrations.
- Update MIS reports and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Ensure timely submission of documents to OEM, financiers, and insurance companies.
- Verify customer KYC and finance-related documents.




- Handle data entry and maintain accurate records in ERP/DMS software.
- Follow up with internal teams for pending documentation and approvals.
- Maintain proper filing of physical and digital documents.
- Support branch administration and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with ERP/DMS software is preferred.
- Strong documentation and record management skills.
- Positive communication and coordination abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
