Responsible for managing inventories at inbound, production and outbound as per forecast to ensure 100% fill rates at Plant level
- Production planning as per rolling forecast and open Stock Transfer Orders
- Planning of Bulk & PM as per STO raised/rolling forecast
- Ensure maximum utilization of mechanized production through FFS, Buhler & TTO machines
- Ensure maximum Productivity
- To achieve both 100% LFR and QFR
- Train & guide 3 Pl staff to adhere with the SOPs as per the RRL Processes
Coordination with Replenishment, Sourcing, Category, DC and 3PL
Mandatory Skills:
- Good Experience in Production planning & Control(PPC)
- Knowledge of SAP and Advance MS Excel which includes V Look ups, pivots, formula driven calculation in excel
- Positive at Mail & Verbal communication
