We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Apprentice to support end-to-end hiring across retail and corporate functions. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, campus engagement, and stakeholder coordination in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment for retail and corporate roles
- Assist in campus engagement initiatives and bulk hiring drives
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and priorities
- Maintain recruitment trackers and support hiring operations
Eligibility Criteria:
- Final-year students or recent graduates (any stream)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Keen interest in HR / Talent Acquisition
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and energetic environment
