Role & responsibilities

- Identify and automate repetitive business processes across production, quality, supply chain, and other departments.
- Develop, test, and deploy AI-based solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Integrate AI and automation tools with ERP, MES, and other business systems.
- Analyze production and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Support computer vision and AI-based quality inspection initiatives.
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize AI models and automated workflows.
- Create dashboards, reports, and automation solutions for business insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance across automation projects.
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, IT, and business teams on digital transformation initiatives.
- Train employees on AI tools and automation best practices.





Preferred candidate profile

- BE/B.Tech (Computer Science, IT, AI, Mechanical, Electronics) or relevant degree.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini AI, Claude, Perplexity, or Microsoft Copilot.
- Understanding of APIs, workflow automation, and ERP integration.
- Knowledge of Machine Learning, Computer Vision, or Generative AI concepts.
- Experience with Power BI, Excel, SQL, or dashboard development is preferred.
- Positive communication, analytical thinking, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Manufacturing or industrial automation experience will be an added advantage.
