Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

- Lead end-to-end recruitment across corporate and plant functions.
- Develop hiring strategies and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
- Build relationships with recruitment partners and educational institutions.
- Track hiring metrics and continuously improve recruitment effectiveness.

HR Operations & Compliance

- Manage onboarding, employee records, confirmations, promotions, transfers and exits.
- Draft and implement HR policies, SOPs and employee communications.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Support payroll inputs in coordination with Finance. Employee

Engagement & Culture

- Drive employee engagement, recognition and internal communication initiatives.
- Act as a trusted HR partner for employees and managers across locations.
- Promote a cooperative, accountable and high-performance culture.

Performance & Development

Coordinate performance review cycles and employee development plans.

Identify training needs and facilitate relevant learning initiatives.

Support managers in performance,



feedback and career-development discussions.

HR Analytics & Business Partnership

- Prepare HR dashboards and workforce reports for leadership review.
- Partner with department heads on manpower planning and organisational development.
- Recommend improvements to HR systems, policies and processes.
- Support the implementation and effective use of HR technology platforms to digitise employee processes,
- improve reporting and reduce manual work.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification.
- 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG or food processing.
- Experience managing the complete employee lifecycle.
- Sound understanding of Indian labour laws and HR compliance.
- Strong interpersonal, written communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Analytical, organised and process-oriented, with a high ownership mindset.
