Job Title: Kindergarten (KG) Teacher

Job Summary
We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and creative Kindergarten (KG) Teacher to provide a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate will foster children's intellectual, social, emotional, and physical development through age-appropriate activities and play-based learning.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school's curriculum.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Teach foundational concepts in literacy, numeracy, language, and life skills.
- Encourage creativity through art, music, storytelling, and hands-on activities.
- Monitor and assess each child's academic and developmental progress.
- Maintain classroom discipline using positive behavior management techniques.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and well-being.
- Organize classroom activities, celebrations, and educational events.
- Ensure the safety, health, and hygiene of children at all times.
- Prepare teaching materials, lesson plans, and student progress reports.




- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school management to enhance learning outcomes.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school functions.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
- Diploma/Certification in Montessori, Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), ECCEd, or equivalent (preferred).
- Prior experience teaching preschool or kindergarten students is an advantage.

Experience

- Freshers with relevant qualifications may apply.
- 1 to 3 years of teaching experience in a preschool or kindergarten setting is preferred.
