Job Role
Lead integrated production planning, shutdown planning, cost control, performance reporting, and management information systems.

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare and coordinate production plans, operating plans, shutdown plans, and performance reviews
- Track cost performance, budget adherence, deviations, and operational KPIs
- Support management in decision-making through timely and meaningful MIS
- Ensure close coordination with operations, maintenance, finance, SCM, and stores

Job Deliverables
Reliable plans, strong performance visibility, better forecast accuracy, disciplined budget tracking, improved cost control, and stronger coordination across departments.

Qualification
BE / B.Tech

Nature of Experience
Production planning, business coordination, MIS, cost tracking,



shutdown planning, and operational performance analysis in manufacturing organizations.

Industry Preference
Petrochemical PVC Chlor-Alkali Refinery Fertilizer Cement Large Manufacturing Complexes

Preferred Exposure
Integrated plant planning, cost control, budgeting, operational MIS, shutdown planning, and management reporting.
