Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily dispatch, transportation, and delivery activities.
- Create and process delivery documents, invoices, and goods movements in SAP.
- Monitor inventory transactions and ensure accurate stock updates in SAP.
- Prepare Goods Receipt (GR), Goods Issue (GI), and Transfer Orders as required.
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, sales, and transport teams for smooth order execution.
- Track vehicle movements and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain logistics documentation, including LR copies, e-way bills, invoices, and PODs.
- Assist in stock reconciliation and inventory audits.
- Monitor pending orders and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Resolve logistics-related issues by coordinating with internal departments and transport partners.




- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports using SAP and MS Excel.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and logistics SOPs.

Required Skills

- Working knowledge of SAP (MM/SD modules preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic reporting).
- Valuable understanding of warehouse and logistics operations.
- Knowledge of inventory management and stock reconciliation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
